What is it?

Zombie movie camp out by night, and Zombie walk with a twist by day.

The movie camp out will be held Saturday night with the option to tackle our Shit your pants Zombie walk either Saturday or Sunday. For example, you may do the Zombie Walk on Saturday, stay over night watching Zombie movies then head home on Sunday. Or arrive Saturday afternoon for the Zombie movie camp out, and take part in the Zombie walk on Sunday.

What is the movie camp out?

Campers arrive and set up on the Saturday by 6pm. You’ll be allocated a camp site close to the event village. Multiple screens will show a variety of Zombie themed Movies between 6pm and midnight. You may watch any of those screens just like a normal cinema.

What is the Zombie Walk?

Operation Shit your pants is a Zombie walk with a twist.  Participants follow a set route which includes a few surprises we like to call horror stations. This is a fully interactive Zombie walk full of special effects and walking dead actors. Our advice for the event is “Expected the Unexpected”. Come as a Zombie or human the choice is yours. Both complete the same course. You may register for either Saturday or Sunday and a start time between 9am and 1pm.

FAQS

  • What do I need to bring – We only provide the camp ground, You’re responsible for bringing all items such as tent and sleeping gear. 
  • Age Limits –  Strictly 16+ no exceptions. In order to make this event as scary as possible there’s elements unsuitable for minors.
  • Spectators –  Unfortunately, due to the nature of this event we can’t offer spectator access. Spectators will be charged the same fees as participants.Why? Think of the event as a fully immersive horror set with special effects, sights, sounds and visuals. Any spectators entering the venue would have a similar experience as paid participants. So, in the interest of fairness anyone entering the property other than dropping off will be charged as a participant.
  • How many people does each camp ground hold You will be allocated a site large enough to fit an 8 person tent. If you’ve a larger tent please contact our admin team to discuss options.
  • Are the camp sites powered Power is available from common outlets dotted around the camp site
  • Can I bring a camper van/motor home – YES, for safety all wheel based accommodation will be segregated into a designated camp ground away from tents 
  • Do I need to bring food and cooking equipment – NO, vendors will be on site selling a wide variety of food options and priced reasonably
  • What movies will you be playing – Movies will be selected via a public vote closer to the event weekend. 
  • Do you sell alcohol Yes, Alcoholic drinks will be on sale from Saturday afternoon once the last zombie walk wave has started
  • Is there showers Yes, permanent shower and toilet blocks are located on site next to the camp grounds.
  • Can I leave site due to safety and event organisation no pass outs will be granted
  • What not to bring Strictly no BYO alcohol, drugs, animals/domestic pets and weapons. We have a strict no Dick head policy and Security will be on site 24/7
  • It’s an obstacle course INCORRECT. This is a walk at your own pace event with no obstacles. See main article above
  • Zombies chase you INCORRECT. There’s no Zombies trying to take a life belt or eat your brains
  • Zombie or human the event is the sameAll participants complete the same course with the option to come dressed as walking dead or normal human. However coming dressed as the walking dead will add to the experience and makes for great photos.
  • NO Nerf or dart Guns Leave them at home people. They only cheapen the event and not suitable
  • On site make up Make up artists will be on site but we cant possibly do everyone. Closer to the event we’ll open a booking request form so participants may pre-purchase make up tokens and time slots.
  • Merchandise horror props A selection of horror props including blood and guts will be for sale at our merchandise tent to help get your Zombie on
